The Process
For my concert poster I decided to do it based on the music girl group Little Mix. They're one of my favourites music groups and I love listening to their music. So, I thought I'll take the opportunity to create them a concert poster! Since I have my concert poster still saved on Pixlr, I might as well make a process section for it.
Image
So, here on the bottom you'll see the image of the girls I decided to use. I had to get rid of the background which actually surprisingly worked with the magic wand! But, I had to fix it a bit by cutting a few pixels. After, I duplicate the girls so that there's two of them. I did this so I can bring out an effect. The first image is shown of the girls transparency lowered, no blend mode was used. But then second one, I used a blend mode which made the girls look pink because of the background!
Background
For the colour theme I chose to use purple and a light pink-peach because when searching up the girl group these colours were shown often. So, I thought I'll stick to their theme. As you can see I used multiple layers to create the texture of the background down below.
Text
After finishing the background, I went to add in some text. Down below I put in the image of how the girl's will look like with some text and without the text.
Border
I added in borders for the poster to add in some decoration. I did made sure the borders matches with the design of the poster. There's three types of borders I used and down below you can see which once I used. And that's all I got to show you in making this poster!
